Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Services

Our company first began drawing plans by hand in 1979. Today we use software to produce computer drafted (CAD) plans. We have an excellent understanding of the Lands Titles Office drafting standards as outlined by the Manual of Survey Practice, and can produce any number of plans including:

Our company drew the first deposited Community Plan in South Australia, and Andrew was actively involved in attending committee meetings and forums to assist the Lands Titles Office with implementing their electronic plan and document lodgement system.

Easement and CWMS Plans

We have prepared easement plans for many purposes including to create rights of way between adjoining owners, and to create utility easements for electricity cables, sewer and water pipes. On a larger scale, for many years we have been involved in preparing easement plans to implement community waste management scheme (CWMS) plans for more than 100 allotments in the townships including Tumby Bay, Quorn, Kingston on Murray, and Springton.

Lease Plans and Plans to attach to legal documents

Lawyers who negotiate lease areas between tenants and landlords engage us to attend the site to measure-up the area, and prepare a plan for registration. We understand the Property Council Guidelines which outline the principles for measurements.

Property Investigation and Lands Titles Office Searching

Our company has electronic access to many government records. This enables us to search and provide information quickly and easily via email. We can supply any Lands Titles Office information including valuations, certificates of title, ownership and sales details, as well as survey mark records and registered documents and plans. We can also supply SA Water Corporation street service and internal drains plans, and Council Zoning information.
